After months of planning and rebuilding, we have migrated all APPG DS websites onto Drupal 10, the latest version of the underlying software.

Parliament has today released the first register of APPGs within the new Parliament. It's much slimmer than the last edition because all APPGs cease to exist while Parliament is dissolved. You can read about the register and download it here:

All APPGs cease to exist upon the dissolution of Parliament. Those that wish to start up again must do so in the new Parliament.

The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Victoria Atkins, has addressed the APPG on birth trauma.

Ipswich MP Tom Hunt has been elected as the chairman of the APPG for Dyslexia and other Specific Learning Difficulties, taking over from Sharon Hodgson MP, who has served int he role for eight years.

New rules have come into force regarding APPGs, resulting in the number of groups being cut dramatically. More than 40% have de-registered, including more than half of the country groups. The total number is down from 723 to 435.

Parliament has today released the its second register of APPGs for 2024, including those set up in this Parliament. It's the last register before new rules come into force regarding APPG membership and funding.
