We'll have a limited staff over Christmas, but you will be able to reach us for support enquiries every weekday as normal, except:-

- Friday, 23rd December
- Monday, 26th December
- Tuesday, 27th December
- Monday, 2nd January

The exception to this is the untimely death of a member of the Royal Family or a senior politician, in which case we will be available.

As usual, our monitoring team will be working over Christmas, so in the unlikely event of a critical server failure, downtime will be kept to a minimum.

We will also have a limited Accounts resource on 1st January to accommodate invoicing and bookkeeping deadlines.
