We'll have a limited staff over Christmas, but you will be able to reach us for support enquiries every weekday as normal, except:-

- 24th December, Christmas Eve (Friday)
- 27th December, Bank Holiday (Monday)
- 28th December, Bank Holiday (Tuesday)
- 3rd January, Bank Holiday (Monday)

The exception to this is the untimely death of a member of the Royal Family or a senior politician, in which case we will be available to help you source assets and create content.

As usual, our monitoring team will be working over Christmas, so in the unlikely event of a critical server failure, downtime will be kept to a minimum.
