We're taking a break over Christmas, but you will be able to reach us for support enquiries every weekday as normal, except:-

- Thursday 24rd December (Christmas Eve)
- Friday 25th December (Christmas Day)
- Monday 28th December
- Thursday 31st December (New Year's Eve)
- Friday 1st January (New Year's Day)
- Monday 4th January

Our monitoring team will be working over Christmas as normal, so in the unlikely event of a critical server failure, downtime will be kept to a minimum.
