Ipswich MP Tom Hunt has been elected as the chairman of the APPG for Dyslexia and other Specific Learning Difficulties, taking over from Sharon Hodgson MP, who has served int he role for eight years.

40% fewer APPGs in April 2024 register
8th April 2024
New rules have come into force regarding APPGs, resulting in the number of groups being cut dramatically. More than 40% have de-registered, including more than half of the country groups. The total number is down from 723 to 435.
