New rules have come into force regarding APPGs, resulting in the number of groups being cut dramatically. More than 40% have de-registered, including more than half of the country groups. The total number is down from 723 to 435.

Parliament has today released the its second register of APPGs for 2024, including those set up in this Parliament. It's the last register before new rules come into force regarding APPG membership and funding.

Amongst the new APPG DS websites built recently is PRASEG - The Parliamentary Renewable & Sustainable Energy Group.

Stafford MP Theo Clarke is the chair of the new APPG for Visual Arts, which has held it inaugural AGM. Clarke is an expert in Russian Art and has worked for various museums in London and the US.

We have today completed the move of the APPG platform and all sites to new servers. The new servers are faster, more flexible and better for the environment. No outward change will be visible.
